These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website reviewexpress.co and the services provided by Review Express LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing our Site or purchasing our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Please read these Terms carefully before using our Site or services. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Site.
Review Express LLC provides the following services to local businesses:
Service details, deliverables, and timelines will be confirmed during your consultation and outlined prior to payment.
We offer two pricing plans:
All prices are listed in US dollars. Payment is due prior to work beginning. We reserve the right to update our pricing at any time. See Section 18 for full details on price change notice requirements.
One-Time Plan: Due to the custom nature of our work, all one-time purchases are non-refundable once work has begun. If you cancel before work begins, a full refund will be issued. There is no ongoing cancellation concept for one-time clients — your page is yours permanently upon delivery.
Subscription Plan: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused portions of a billing cycle. Upon cancellation, your review page remains live but subscription benefits are discontinued. See Section 15 for full details on what happens after cancellation.
Following your consultation and payment, Review Express LLC will send you a private intake form to collect the information needed to build your review page. This is part of our done-for-you process — you are not required to build anything yourself.
To ensure timely delivery of your review page, you agree to:
Review Express LLC will independently research and identify brand colors, fonts, and review platform listing URLs using our own tools. You are not required to provide these.
Delays caused by failure to complete the intake form or provide required information are not the responsibility of Review Express LLC and may affect your delivery timeline. See Section 12 for information deadlines.
Review Express LLC builds each client review page using a proprietary template system, codebase, and automated toolset that we have developed independently. This underlying template, code structure, styling system, and methodology remains the exclusive intellectual property of Review Express LLC at all times — regardless of whether files are delivered to the client.
Upon receipt of full payment, clients receive a license to use their customized review page for their own business purposes only. This license covers the specific instance of the page built for your business — including your business name, logo, brand colors, platform links, and other content you provided or that we researched on your behalf.
You may not:
Where page files are delivered to one-time clients upon request, those files are provided in a compressed format for personal use only. Delivery of files does not transfer ownership of the underlying template or code system to the client.
Review Express LLC retains the right to display your completed page as an example of our work in our portfolio and marketing materials, unless you request otherwise in writing within 30 days of delivery.

In no event shall Review Express LLC's total liability to you exceed the amount paid by you for the services giving rise to the claim.
Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee any specific results, including a particular number of reviews, search ranking improvements, or increase in business revenue.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be resolved in the courts of Michigan.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify all clients — both active subscribers and one-time clients — of any material changes via email. It is your responsibility to maintain an accurate email address on file with us. Continued use of our services or your review page after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Standard Edits vs. Support: It is important to understand the distinction between a standard edit and a support inquiry:
Review Express LLC reserves the right to determine whether a request constitutes support or a standard edit. When in doubt, we will communicate this to you before performing any billable work.
One-Time Plan: One (1) standard edit is included with your one-time purchase.
Subscription Plan: Subscribers receive two (2) standard edits per month included in their monthly fee. Unused edits do not roll over to the following month.

Review Express LLC reserves the right to determine which revision category a request falls under. Additional revision fees must be paid in full before work begins.
Support is provided via email only at [email protected]. We aim to respond to all support inquiries within 2 business days during normal business hours (Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM CST). For a full definition of what constitutes support versus a standard edit, see Section 10.
Phone or video support is not included as a standard support channel. In cases where a support matter cannot be adequately communicated via email, a clarification call may be scheduled by appointment at our discretion. Clarification calls are available solely to help clients articulate their request — they do not constitute a live support session or live editing session. Following any clarification call, the client must submit their request in writing via email before any work is performed. Review Express LLC's written response to that email serves as the official record of the agreed upon work. We do not offer walk-in, same-day, or on-demand phone support.
Support covers questions and issues directly related to your Review Express review page. We are not responsible for providing support for third-party platforms (Google, Yelp, Facebook, etc.), your own website, or general technology assistance.
To begin building your review page, we require all necessary information and assets from you — including your business name, logo file, social media links, menu link (if applicable), business hours, and your preferred review platforms.
You agree to provide all required information within 14 days of purchase. If required assets are not received within 14 days, work on your project will be paused. If assets are not received within 30 days of purchase, the order may be considered abandoned and no refund will be issued.
Delays in delivery caused by late or incomplete information provided by the client are not the responsibility of Review Express LLC.
All support requests, revision requests, and change orders must be submitted in writing via email to [email protected]. Verbal requests, social media messages, or text messages are not considered official requests and will not be acted upon.
We maintain records of all written communications for the duration of our business relationship.
The subscription plan includes passive uptime monitoring of your review page. Review Express LLC monitors page accessibility and will work to restore access promptly in the event of an outage or technical issue on our end.
Maintenance does not include active content management, proactive link checking, or any content updates. All content changes — regardless of size — are handled through the standard edit process as defined in Section 10. Subscribers receive two (2) standard edits per month included in their plan for this purpose.
One-Time Plan: Your review page is yours permanently. There is no cancellation — once delivered and paid for, your page and QR codes remain yours with no ongoing obligation to Review Express LLC.
Subscription Plan: Because the subscription plan includes an upfront setup fee that covers the build and delivery of your review page, your page will remain live upon cancellation. However, upon cancellation, the following subscription benefits will no longer be provided:
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You may request a copy of your page assets at any time by emailing us at [email protected].
Review Express LLC hosts client review pages on third-party infrastructure providers including but not limited to Cloudflare Pages. While we select hosting providers with industry-leading reliability and uptime, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access to your review page at all times.
Review Express LLC is not liable for any service interruptions, downtime, or inaccessibility of your review page caused by:
In the event of a service interruption caused by third-party hosting providers, Review Express LLC will make commercially reasonable efforts to restore access as quickly as possible. Subscription clients will not be credited or refunded for such downtime. For force majeure events, see Section 23.
We recommend that clients do not rely solely on their Review Express review page as their only means of collecting customer reviews.
In the event that Review Express LLC decides to permanently discontinue its services, we will provide clients with no less than 90 days written notice via email prior to the service end date.
Subscription clients will receive a prorated refund for any unused portion of their current billing period beyond the service end date. No further monthly charges will be collected after the notice of discontinuation is issued.
One-Time clients are not entitled to a refund upon business discontinuation, as their page has already been delivered and paid for in full.
During the 90-day notice period, Review Express LLC will make reasonable efforts to assist clients with their transition, including providing available page files and assets upon written request to [email protected]. However, Review Express LLC does not guarantee the technical feasibility of transferring or rehosting any client page, and is not responsible for finding or funding an alternative hosting solution for clients.
After the service end date, Review Express LLC has no further obligation to maintain, host, support, or provide access to any client review page. Clients assume full responsibility for their online review presence following the service end date.
Review Express LLC reserves the right to modify its pricing at any time. For subscription clients, we will provide no less than 30 days written notice via email before any price increase takes effect. Continued use of the subscription service after the effective date of a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing. If you do not agree to the new pricing, you may cancel your subscription before the change takes effect.
One-time plan pricing is locked at the rate in effect at the time of purchase and is not subject to change after payment is received.
You agree to use your Review Express review page only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with all applicable laws and regulations. You may not use your review page to:
Review Express LLC reserves the right to immediately terminate your service without refund if we determine, at our sole discretion, that your use of our services violates this Acceptable Use Policy or any applicable law.
Review Platform Compliance: Our services are designed to make it easier for your genuine customers to leave honest reviews. It is your sole responsibility to ensure your use of our services complies with the terms of service of Google, Yelp, Facebook, TripAdvisor, and any other review platforms you use. Review Express LLC is not responsible for any penalties, suspensions, or actions taken by review platforms against your business listings.
If you provide Review Express LLC with photographs, images, graphics, or other media for inclusion on your review page, you represent and warrant that:
Review Express LLC is not responsible for any copyright infringement or other rights violations arising from media provided by the client. You agree to indemnify and hold Review Express LLC harmless from any claims arising from media you provide.
As stated in Section 5, Review Express LLC retains the right to display your completed review page in our portfolio and marketing materials unless you opt out in writing within 30 days of delivery.
In addition, Review Express LLC reserves the right to reference anonymized or attributed performance results — such as review growth statistics — in our marketing materials regardless of portfolio opt-out status, unless you explicitly request otherwise in writing. Specific business names will not be used in marketing without your written consent.
In the event that Review Express LLC provides you with login credentials or access to any client portal, analytics dashboard, or other system, you agree to:
Review Express LLC is not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized use of your credentials due to your failure to maintain their confidentiality.
Review Express LLC shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performance of our obligations under these Terms where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
In the event of a force majeure, we will notify you as soon as reasonably possible and make reasonable efforts to resume service. Subscription clients will not be charged for periods during which service is fully suspended due to a force majeure event lasting more than 7 consecutive days.
These Terms of Service, together with any written agreements, order confirmations, or intake forms exchanged between you and Review Express LLC, constitute the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter herein and supersede all prior or contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations, or warranties, whether written or oral.
No verbal statements, promises, or representations made by any representative of Review Express LLC — whether in a consultation call, clarification call, or any other conversation — shall modify, amend, or supplement these Terms unless confirmed in writing via email by Review Express LLC. Written email confirmation from Review Express LLC is the only valid method of amending any term of this agreement.
